RhythmOne is extending its programmatic platform with the acquisition of assets from RadiumOne, a data driven marketing platform. The acquisition gives Rhythm one access to RadiumOne’s unique consumer insights, audience segmentation and targeting technology, and premium demand relationships. The combination will provide RhythmOne’s customers with a larger footprint of curated audiences from publishers and on the demand side, a sophisticated media buying capability.
