Aprimo’s acquisition of ADAM software to create complete content asset lifecycle solution

Aprimo, a marketing operations provider has acquired ADAM Software, a global provider of enterprise-class Digital Asset Management (DAM) software. The company plans to integrate the ADAM’s Smart Content Hub into Aprimo’s marketing resource management platform, to create a solution that can manage both the production and publication of content.
