Marketo acquires ToutApp

Today, Marketo announced that it has acquired ToutApp, a provider of sales software. ToutApp software provide sales teams with sales campaign, content management, and analytics to engage prospective customers. The acquisition continues Marketo’s focus on bringing sales and marketing together around customer engagement.

Salesforce unveils the Einstein High Velocity Sales Cloud

Salesforce adds artificial intelligence capabilities to boost sales productivity with the launch of the Einstein High Velocity Sales Cloud.  The solution combines new and existing technologies to enable salespeople to identify the best leads, eliminate busy work, boost pipeline and increase sales.  Products include Einstein Lead Scoring, Einstein Activity Capture, Lightning Sales Console, Lightning Dialer, Salesforce Engage, and Salesforce Trailhead.

LinkedIn updates Sales Navigator for high-functioning sales organizations.

LinkedIn announces the availability of Sales Navigator Enterprise Edition and includes two new features — PointDrive and CRM Sync.  PointDrive enables salespeople to send customers supporting sales material bundled as a cohesive sales experience.  Using CRM Sync, salespeople can now track their Sales Navigator activities whether taking notes, sending emails or making phone calls directly in a CRM solution.
